Returns and Exchanges | Shipping & Handling
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
*We do not accept returns of Snopea products purchased at any retailer other than snopeasprouts.com
To return merchandise, simply download pdf return/exchange form and fax or mail it to us. Place the merchandise in the original package, or similar packaging, and use the return address label that is provided with your order.

Please mail your package to us by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (insured). If we shipped an incorrect item we will refund your postage and ship the correct item at no cost to you.
If you are making an exchange we will ship your new merchandise with no additional shipping or handling charges.

We ship orders to most destinations around the world. Our shipping and handling rates and method of delivery are outlined below.
Shipping within the USA
Your order will be shipped byUPS and should arrive in three to six business days from the date your order was processed (for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, your order will be shipped by US mail).

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
Your order will be shipped by US mail/Military Postal Service. Please see above chart for standard shipping rates. Unfortunately we do not offer Expedited service to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping to Canada
For orders shipped to addresses in Canada, please add $10 to the rate chart above. Your order will be shipped by US mail/Canada Post. Any duty or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
*We also offer expedited service via US Express mail for an additional charge of $10.
Shipping to Overseas Countries
Your order will be shipped by US Parcel Post. Any duty or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
